ADOPT A MAINTENANCE MINDSET

Do you reseal your driveway regularly to keep it in tip-top shape? When you reseal your driveway, it prevents water intrusion beneath the surface, slows deterioration, and enhances flexibility.

Roof Maxx works the same way. One Roof Maxx treatment rejuvenates asphalt shingles and helps restore flexibility, reduce granule loss, and extends the life of your roof by five years, guaranteed.

how roof maxx works

The Roof Maxx® treatment seeps into dried out shingles and rehydrates the asphalt with essential oil beads. This process restores flexibility so the shingle can contract and expand without breaking while reactivating the seal tabs on the shingles helping to extend the waterproofing protection.

Similar to the soy technology used in Good Year tires, Roof Maxx® is a bio-solution product that was created in coordination with the Ohio Soybean Council. The Ohio State University conducted a study combining with research from Battelle Memorial Institute and PRI Construction Materials Technology and found that Roof Maxx® treated shingles restored flexibility, durability, and permeability values close to that of a brand new shingle.

“Roof Maxx restored the flexibility of 17-year old roof shingles, successfully passing the same materials testing required for new roof shingles.”

Free of Charge.

Free Inspection

We inspect every roof to make sure Roof Maxx is the right solution. We will inform you of your roof life and what we can do to help.

Seal any exposed nails

We will fully seal any exposed or loose nails we come across before treating.

Cracked or Torn Shingles

Any minor cracks, fractured, or torn shingles will be resealed to ensure that they last as long as possible.

Storm Collars and HVAC

HVAC exhaust collars don’t last forever. So we will seal any that are getting worn out.

Install New Boot Gaskets

Rubber boot gaskets can wear out around plumbing fixtures due to UV damage. We always install new boots to keep those fixtures lasting as long as possible.

Reseal Flashings

Flashings often loosen and warp due to temperature fluctuations over the years. We will re-secure and seal any that are loose!

Roof Maxx 5-Year Flexibility Warranty
